Below are general use forms & documents for services managed by Student Activities. Most forms used by Registered Student Organizations are housed in Owl Life.

RSO Officer Update Process

  • NOTE: All new Presidents for the 2018-2019 year should be listed on Owl Life rosters via the Officer Update form, but new officers do not need to complete the 2017-2018 training/agreements as the 2018-2018 training will be available in summer 2018 as part of the Re-Registration for the 2018-2019 year
  • Officer Update Form (to change President, Reservation Delegate and/or Advisor positions)
  • Officer Agreement (to be completed by the new President & Reservation Delegate)
  • Student Life Online Training (to be completed by the new President & Reservation Delegate)
  • Advisor Agreement (to be completed by the new KSU on campus advisor/s)
